Wear Sunscreen.
If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long-term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience. I will dispense this advice now.

I should have taken Mary Schmich’s advice; my face looks like I spent my vacation in Lebanon launching mortars. Not to mention the racoon eyes from wearing sunglasses while the rest of my face was being bombarded with UV rays. All in all, great vacation. I will upload the pictures as soon as I find time to get them off my phone.
