   i had the same problem at work where we have fasttelco. at home with qualitynet i can access blogspot normally. i dont think its banned but something is fucked from fasttelcos side

    on K.thekuwaiti, he got an icon on right side, just below the blog roll heading. I have seen several blog sites with similar icons. IS there a website I can make these icons? are those custom made?
